There were many concentration camps throughout Europe during World War Two. In France there were about twenty-four locations. Other countries such as Germany, Holland, and Norway had about 6-20 cities that involved concentration camps. The country with the most imprisonment was Poland. For each of these camps there were sub-camps in each location. Concentration camps were placed in specific areas to maximize their effects. There is no way to know where every single camp was but a very large amount has been documented.
